ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 20-0055 Attachments: Resolution No. 20-0055 Agreement – LACMTA Map of Signals and Proposed Fiber Network Map 3. Formally Accept as Complete the City Hall Restrooms Improvements 20-0137 Project; Authorize Filing a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder; and Release Retention of $15,518 (Public Works Director Katsouleas). APPROVE 4. Consider Adopting a Resolution Approving Participation in the Los Angeles 20-0187 Urban County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program by Entering Into a Three-Year Participating City Cooperation Agreement with the County of Los Angeles (Public Works Director Katsouleas).
