the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA)
and City of Manhattan Beach for the Recently Awarded Measure M
Manhattan Beach Advanced Traffic Signal (MBATS) System Project for
$5,440,000 (Public Works Director Katsouleas).

DDL Traffic, Inc. for the Purchase and Installation of the Emergency Vehicle
Preemption System (Phase II) for $148,903; Authorizing the City Manager
to Execute the Agreement; and Authorizing the City Manager to Approve
Additional Work, if Necessary, for up to $9,000 (Public Works Director
Katsouleas).

Program (HSIP) Grant Funding for the Sepulveda Boulevard (SR-1) at
8th Street Traffic Signal Upgrade Project and Appropriating Those
