MANISTEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES OF OCTOBER 12,2010 The Manistee City Council met in a work session on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at 7: 00 p. m., Council Chambers, City Hall. MEMBERS PRESENT: IlonaHaydon, Colleen Kenny, Hank Yonkman, Ed Cote, Bob Hornkohl, Alan Marshall MEMBERS ABSENT: Richard Mack OTHERS PRESENT: OSAC Chair Cyndy Fuller,CRC Eric Lupher,Department Directors, Public and Media Presentation on OperationalServicesAssessmentReport/CitizensResearch CouncilBenchmark Report. Mr.Eric Lupher of the Citizens Research Council of Michigan and Cyndy Fuller,Chair of the Operational Services Assessment Committee made their presentations of the final report. Several questions were asked by Councilmembers that were answered by the presenters. A request was made for some additional research / benchmarking on taxable value of property in the various benchmark communities.
