MANISTEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES OF JULY 12, 2011 The Manistee City Council met in a work session on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 6: 00 p. m., for their annual Project Bus Tour. MEMBERS PRESENT: Richard Mack, Catherine Zaring, Ed Cote, Bob Hornkohl, Alan Marshall, Ilona Haydon MEMBERS ABSENT: Colleen Kenny OTHERS PRESENT: Jon Rose, Jeff Mikula and Media Bus Tour of Project Areas. The Manistee City Council conducted their annual bus tour of current including: projects Municipal Marina, First Street Reconstruction, First Street Beach Concession Stand /Fish Cleaning Station, First Street Beach House, Cherry Street Sand Mining Operation, Cedar Street CSO Project, Ninth Street Launch Ramp, Jones Street, Arthur Street Launch Ramp, Monroe Street Mill & Fill, Fifth Avenue Tennis Courts, and Fifth Avenue Former NIA Location.
