MANISTEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES OF JULY 99 2013 The Manistee City Council met in a work session on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 7 p.m., Council Chambers, City Hall, 70 Maple Street, Manistee MI 49660. MEMBERS PRESENT: Colleen Kenny, Beth Adams, Eric Gustad, Robert Goodspeed, Bob Hornkohl, Catherine Zaring, Ed Cote MEMBERS ABSENT: None OTHERS PRESENT: Department Directors, Media and Public Discussion on Michigan Certified Local Government Program. Community Development Director Jon Rose reviewed the proposed program.Participation by the City is not a requirement. Following review of the program and application, general consensus to bring this forward to a future Council agenda for consideration. 2013 Capital Project Update. Staff presented updates and timelines on the Fish Cleaning Station, First Street Beach Pavilion, Maple Street Drainage project, and the Kosciusko Street project.
