MANISTEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES OF DECEMBER 10, 2013 The Manistee City Council met in a work session on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 70 Maple Street, Manistee, Michigan 49660. MEMBERS PRESENT: Colleen Kenny, Eric Gustad, Bob Hornkohl, Catherine Zaring, Ed Cote, Robert Goodspeed, Mark Wittlieff MEMBERS ABSENT: None OTHERS PRESENT: Department Directors, Media and Public Discussion on the 2008 Street Asset Management Plan. City Manager Mitch Deisch, DPW Director Jeff Mikula and Finance Director Ed Bradford made a comprehensive presentation to Council on the updated Street Asset Management Plan, current street conditions, benchmark data of similar communities, financial/budget realities and briefly discussed potential options for generating additional revenue for future road projects.
