MANISTEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 29, 2016 The Manistee City Council met in a special work session on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 6: 07 p.m., Council Chambers, City Hall, 70 Maple Street, Manistee, Michigan 49660. MEMBERS PRESENT: Dale Cooper, Lynda Beaton, Roger Zielinski, Robert Goodspeed, James Smith, Mark Wittlieff and Erin Pontiac ALSO PRESENT: City Manager, AES Tamara Buswinka, Department Directors, City Attorney, Public Public Comments. None Discussion on Strategic Plan Update. Tamara Buswinka of the Alliance for Economic Success began the Strategic Plan update process with a review and discussion on the current plan; reviewing the mission / vision / purpose statements to determine if they are still valid. 2016 accomplishments were highlighted and discussed.
