A permit extension request has been received from Tracey Lindeman regarding Permit # PHDC17-014 for
construction of a deck along the rear façade of the structure addressed at 308 River St. The purpose of
the request is to allow the contactor to complete the project in the early spring of 2018. The expired
permit is attached to the agenda packet. I have also included the land use permit which expires December
31st, 2018 for reference. The extension of the land use permit request will be before the Planning
Commission on the evening of November 1st.
Correspondence: Ed Kriskywicz E-mail
An e-mail received from Ed Kriskywicz has been received and is included in your HDC packet. I have also
included the original Memo from Denise Blakeslee dated June 26th, 2018. Robert’s Rules of order allow
for an exact question to asked/heard again at a separate meeting from when it was originally decided,
and I want the Historic District Commission to have the original application materials if the question of
approval arises during this meeting. This is to ensure that everyone has the appropriate materials.
If you are unable to attend the meeting please call 398.2805. (Calls will be forwarded to the county)
