The board will need to review the rewrite during Commission Work Sessions and by Board Book. • Key Performance Indicators are doing well, we are at 97% occupancy, with a good number of days for unit turns and re-leasing. • The reserve amount is currently at 3.9 months of operating expenses in our account. • Clint reported that he has been re-elected as the Brownfield Authority Chairperson. Other Staff Reports: • None Committee Reports • None Public Comment: • Six members of the public were present at the meeting. The following items were discussed: Work orders are put in and not taken care of, complaints about the new Entra-Guard, water leaks from windows above leaking in to apartment below, building ventilation, tenant computer lab, no copier in tenant computer lab. Clint reported that he is working with Siemens for a resolution so we can repair the ventilation. We cannot do that currently due to the Energy Performance Contract with HUD. The energy efficiency improvement goes against the Energy Performance Contract regulations .
