Commissioner Korzeniewski nominated Commissioner McDougall. Commissioner Kuenzer seconded the nomination . President Priester called for additional nominations; no further nominations were received . President Priester closed nominations. President Priester call for the vote. Finances: • The 2015 audit was presented and discussed. CMHC received an unqualified audit on its financial statements and presentation and an unqualified audit on management of the Public Housing Program. Communications: • None Received Public Comment: • S. Kukla - Asked for projected date of repair of the Harborview makeup air unit. CMHC estimates mid-Spring. • N. Strzynski - Questions concerning the status of use of the Century Terrace parking lot following the use by the City of Man istee for sewer improvements.
