Regular Meeting
The regular meeting was called to order at 3:04 p.m. by President Steve Fosdick.

It was moved by Commissioner Pelton, supported by Commissioner Taylor to approve the
Regular Meeting Minutes from February 15,2024, Special Meeting Minutes, February 29,2024
and the Bills & Disbursements for Februarv and March 2024. Motion carried.
Old Business
a. The status ofthe Website design by Revize was discussed.
b. Commonwealth Warranty Inspection/punch list was discussed
New Business
a. The Operations Manager presented the Audited Financial Statements lor CTHV LDH
Assoc. LLC FYE 1213112023
b. The Proposed Window Covering Policy was reviewed and will have a 60 Day Comment
Period.
c. The WASH Contract was discussed, and new washers and dryers will be installed at
CTHV after the Executive Director completes final negotiations for a large machine at
each site for Blankets/Comforters. Proposed pricing is $2.00 per regular wash and $1.00
dryer time for 30 minutes.
d. The Board reviewed proposals on the renovations at l7l7 Vine Street. No action was
taken at this time. The proposals will be discussed again at the May 2024.
Presentation and Discussion
a. None
Reports and Communications
a The Executive Director commented on the upcoming Public Housing Audit on May 6 and
May 7 ,2024. The HUD required Nspire lnspection - May 13, and May 14,2024, receipt
of the incentive rebate check lrom Consumers lor the refrigerators, fire drills at CTIIY
and she provided an update on applying for incentives to install min-splits at Century
Terrace. The Operations Manager commented on the RAD Consultant meeting with
Baker Tilley, scheduling a meeting with the City Council, and Personnel
Commiltee/Union Contract wage negotiations.
b. Committee Reports - None
c Commissioner Pelton commented on how happy she is with the positive comments she
has heard and the progress the Housing Commission is making. President Fosdick
commented on the City discussing the vacant Housing Commissioner position at the May
City Council Meeting, the June Annual Housing Commission Meeting and the Resident
Council Meeting.
d. Receivcd Communicalion.
I. Financial Reports for January and February 2024 (Public Housing),
January, 2024 (CTHY LLC) were reviewed and discussed.
e. The Vacancy Report was discussed.
f. The Resident Newsletters were reviewed.
g. The Resident Council Meeting Minutes for February 20,2024, were reviewed.
Public Comments.
Comments were heard regarding the range/oven in the CT Community Room, resident
dissatisfaction with painting and drywall repairs at C! laundry room upgrades, and the building
being very dusty.
The next Commission meeting will be on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at Harborvtew
