MANISTEE AREA G. P. E C OMMISSION. MEETING MIlWTES July 14, 2005 A regularly scheduled meeting of the Manistee Area P. G. E Commission was held on July 14, 2005 at 6: 37 p. m.the Manistee at High School, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: D.Freeburg, L.Trucks, K. Alexander, D.Kruse, M.Tillotson, 1. Hayden MEMBERS ABSENT: D. Wrzesinski OTHERS PRESENT: S. Scrimger, C. Westberg, M.Kruse There was a motion made by Freeburg, seconded by Kruse to accept the agenda as written. Motion passed 6- 0 There was a motion was by Kruse, seconded by Hayden, to approve the minutes of the May 12, meeting. Motion passed 5- 0 ( Tillotson abstained) Mr. Brown gave the Executive Directors report. There was a motion was by Freeburg, seconded by Kruse, to accept the Executive Directors report. Motion passed 6- 0 T' here was a motion was by Tillotson, seconded by Freeburg, to change meetings to every other month, specifically, January, March, May, July, September, November. Motion passed 5-1 It was agreed to hold the next meeting August 11, 2005 in the administrative conference room of the Manistee High School on Twelfth Street at 6:30 P.M. There was a motion was by Freeburg, seconded by Trucks to adjourn the meeting ay 7: 30 p. m. Motion passed 6- 0
