MANISTEE AREA PEG CONIlVIISSION MEETING MINUTES January 12,2006 A regularly scheduled meeting of the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on January 12, 2006 at 6: m. in the administrative conference room of the Manistee High 54 p. School, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, Michigan. MEM13ER5 PRESENT: L.Trucks, D.Wrzesinski, K.Alexander, D.Kruse MEMBERS ABSENT: Pastor Freeburg (unexcused) OTFIERS PRESENT: S. Scrimger, K.Brown,C.Westberg There was a motion by Trucks, seconded by Kruse to reaffirm the slate of officers with the exception of the Secretary. Motion passed 4-0 There was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Trucks to accept the agenda as presented. Motion passed 4-0 There was a motion by Trucks, seconded by Kruse to approve the minutes of the November 10 meeting. Motion passed 4-0 Mr.Brown gave his Executive Director's report. A motion was made by Kruse, seconded by Wrzesinski to accept the report. Motion passed 4- 0 T' here was a motion by Trucks,seconded by Kruse to accept the budget proposal as presented by Executive Director. Motion passed 4- 0 There was a motion by Trucks, seconded by Kruse to approve the purchase Tascam DVD player subject to Executive Director discretion. Motion passed 4- 0 After some discussion the possible moving of the meeting time was tabled. There was a motion by Kruse seconded by Wrzesinski to accept the Executive Directors invoices. Motion passed 4- 0 It was agreed to hold the next meeting Mazch 9, 2006 in the administrative conference room of the Manistee High School on Twelfth Street. There was a motion by Trucks, seconded by Wrzesinski to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:55 p. m..
