MAlvISTEE AREA PEG COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES September 11,2006 A regularly scheduled meeting of the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on September 11,2006 at 6: m. in the administrative conference room of the Manistee High School, 525 Twelfth Street, 30 p. Manistee, Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: Trucks,Wrzesinski, Ervin, Kruse, Sandstedt MEMBERS ABSENT: Freeburg (excused) OTHERS PRESENT: S. Scrimger, K.Brown There was a motion by Sandstedt, seconded by Kruse to accept the agenda as presented. Motion passed 5- 0 There was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Wrzesinski to approve the minutes of the Juiy 10, 2006 meeting. Motion passed 5- 0 Mr.Brown gave his reports and presented the current invoices. There was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Ervin to accept the Executive Directors reports and authorize payment of the invoices. Motion passed 5- 0 There was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Wrzesinski to nominate Dan Freeburg to Vice- Chairman. Motion passed by acclamation It was agreed to hold the next meeting November 13,2006 in the administrative conference room of the Manistee High School on Twelfth Street. There was a motion by Ervin, seconded by Kruse to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7: m..4 5p. Motion passed 5- 0
