MANISTEE AREA PEG COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES 320 August 18,2008 ~ ANIS~`' A special meeting of the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on August 18, 2008 at 6: m. in the conference room of the Manistee High School, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, 30 p. Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: Kruse, Sandstedt, Trucks,Zaring MEMBERS ABSENT: Ervin, Freeburg,Wrzesinski OTHERS PRESENT: K.Brown, S. Scrimger A special meeting was called for the purpose of discussing and voting on the purchase of 10 cameras with 2 year warranties. After discussion on the above there was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Zaring to approve the purchase of ten (10)cameras with a 2 year warranty on each not to exceed $ 00. 2, 4 30. Motion passed 4- 0 There was a motion by Sandstedt, seconded by Kruse to adjourn at approximately 7: 00 p. m.
