OCa y MANISTEE AREA FEG COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES July 13,2009 A regularly scheduled meeting of the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on July 13, 2009 at 6: 33 p. m. in the conference room of the Manistee High School, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: Freeburg, Sandstedt, Trucks,Wrzesinski, Alden MEMBERS .ABSEI°IT: Ervin (excused),Kruse OTHERS PRESENT: K.Brown, C.Westberg There was a motion by Freeburg, seconded by Wrzesinski to approve the agenda as submitted. Motion passed 5-0 T'here was a motion by Freeburg, seconded by Sandstedt, to approve the minutes of the May 11, 2009 meeting. Motion passed. 5- 0 Keith Brown gave his Executive Directors report. Under new business there was a motion by Freeburg, seconded by Sandstedt, to approve the purchase of a NEXUS upgrade not to exceed $4060.00 as follaws: Nexus Upgrade ($ 3000), 4 DVD Players ($ 400), misc. cables/adapters ($ 60), 4-500 gb hard drives for Nexus ($ 600). Copies of this list were given to mernbers by Mr. Brown. Motion passed 5-0 Aiden asked if the programs played were kept along with a list of them. Mr. $ rown sta.ted they are kept for awhile then deleted. Also, govemment meetings are the only ones they are cammitted to record. If asked, other shows will be recorded when possible. Under citizen comment, Dan Freeburg, speaking as a citizen, stated the PEG Commissivn is doing a good job which was supported by Mark Sandstedt alsa. The next meeting date is set for Monday, Septernber 14,2009 at 6: m. in the conference 30 p. room at the Manistee High School. There was a motion by Freeburg seconded by Wrzesinski to adjourn at 6: 58 p. m.
