MANISTEE AREA PEG COMMISSION MEETING MIN[TTES September 14,2009 A regularly scheduled meeting of the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on September 14, 2009 at 6:30 p. m. in the conference room af the Manistee High School, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, Michigan_ MEMBERS PRESENT: Ervin,Kruse, Trucks,Wrzesinski MEMBERS ABSENT: Alden, Freeburg, Sandstedt ( a11 excused) OTHERS PRESENT: K.Brown, S. Scrimger There was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Wrzesinski to approve the agenda as submitted. 1Vlotion passed 4- 0 There was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Ervin to approve the minutes of the July 13, 2009 meeting. Motion passed 4- 0 There was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Ervin ta approve the saie of a Macintosh computer. Motion passed 4- 4 There was a motion by Ervin, seconded by Wrzesinski to approve the purchase of a Buffalo hard drive system from Leightronix, not to exceed $ 1300. Motion passed 4- 0 The next meeting date is set for November 3 at 6: 30 g. m. in the conference room at Manistee High School. There was a motion to by Ervin, seconded by Kruse to adjourn at 7: 00 pm.
