MEMBERS PRESENT• Kathy Ervin,Dean Kruse,Mazk Sandstedt, Dan Wrzesinski, Dan Freeburg (late) MEMBERS ABSENT: Therran Ferguson, 1 vacancy OTHERS PRESENT: There was a motion by Ervin, seconded by Wrzesinski,to approve the agenda as submitted. Motion passed 4- 0 There was a motion by Ervin, seconded by Wrzesinski,to approve the minutes of the January 18,2010 meeting. Motion passed 4- 0 Permission to purchase video mixer tabled until July meeting. The next meeting date is set for Monday, May 10, 2010 at 6: m. in the conference 30 p. room at the Manistee High School.
