Manistee Area PEG Commission Sept 12, 2011 Minutes The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m. by chairman. Pledge of allegiance recited. There was no public comment Present: Freeburg, Ervin, Sandstedt, Brown, Wrzesinski Absent: Kruse, Ferguson A motion by Freeburg, supported by Sandstedt to approve the agenda. Motion carried. A motion by Freeburg, supported by Ervin to approve minutes from last meeting. Motion carried. Executive Directors report: 14 days left before Total Info News is cancelled due to lack of funds, unless board votes otherwise. All equipment working fine, no issues. Revenue Sharing Grant was approved by the City. Motion by Freeburg, supported by Wrzesinski to approve the report. Motion carried. Unfinished business: Possibility of new studio space in the future, looking at Ramsdell Theater as possible location, among others. New business: Motion by Ervin, supported by Freeburg for extension of expenditures for Total Info News Motion to adjourn at 8:30 by Freeburg, supported by Ervin.
