Manistee PEG Commission November 7, 2022 Meeting Minutes Call to Order: Present: Andrea DeJong Barry Lind Mike Tillotson Absent: Jonathan Hansen Also Present: none Pledge to the Flag Approved agenda- Motion to approve the agenda made by DeJong, support by Tillotson, Motion carried. Approved minutes- Motion to approve the minutes from the October 3`d 2022 meeting as presented by DeJong, support by Lind. Motion carried. Public Comment- none Correspondence- none Director' s Report We have control of the website and domain transferred from MS Creative. Recorded the meetings that needed to be recorded. Strategic Plan/ Blueprinting/ Branding Continued Commission Work We looked at different websites and decided what we like. Need for New Commission Members We want to focus on the website. 2023 Meeting Schedule- First Monday at 6: OOpm, except January, July and September which will be the second Monday. Barry made a motion, support by Tillotson, motion carried. We might move meeting location the City Council chambers in the future. Meeting adjourned at 7: 18pm, motion by DeJong, support by Lind, motion carried.
