Approval of Agenda: Motion by Gorman, supported by Lind to approve agenda as presented. M/C 3. Approval of Minutes: Motion by Lind, supported by Gorman to approve minutes to the 20 May 2024 meeting. M/C 4. Public Comment: None 5. Correspondence: None 6. Directors Report a.Lind 7 Old Business: a.Update on Spectrum/Charter billing/fees for installation and maintenance of fiber. b.Update on current use/statistics of ManisteeTV. com and YouTube channel along with an overview of how those sites are maintained. 8 New Business: a.Discussion on brainstorming ofa new/renewed website and potential for acommunity hub of calendar information. Abrainstorming meeting was set for 8July at 530 pm in city council chambers. b.Set acalendar for the remainder of the year, dates ofmeetings will continue to bethe first Monday of the month, and ifthat isa holiday would be the following Monday (second Monday of the month). 8. Motion by Lind, supported by Gorman to adjourn the meeting at 6:41 pm. M/C 9. Next meeting Monday, August, 12, 2024, 6:30 pm at the Manistee City Council Chambers.
