Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Barry Lind Present: Barry Lind, Alissa Stickel, Al Gorman, Chief Tom Hernden, Ex-Officio Member Absent: None 2. Approval of Agenda: Motion by Stickel/Gorman, supported by Lind to approve agenda as presented. M/C 3. Approval of (Past) Minutes: Approval of the 21 April 2025 and 2June 2025 meeting minutes. 4. Public Comment: None 5. Correspondence: None 6. Directors Report a.Manistee township meeting recording request and coordination. 7. Old Business: a.Charter/Spectrum Status: The Kennedy school isready for the placement offiber of equipment for the PEG channel. Anticipate an early August date for when equipment will be installed. Once this isinstalled and fiber in place broadcasts could continue on Spectrum PEG channel(s)188/189. Mr. Lind will coordinate with the MSD and Spectrum. b.Discussed build of calendar, to include: categorization of content and posting; aswell as collaboration with Manistee Tourism Authority on areas where economies of scale in info sharing could be achieved. 8.New Business: a.None 9.Motion by Lind, supported by Gorman/Stickel to adjourn the meeting at 6:43 pm.
