MayorKennywasinvitedtothe meetingtodiscussthecity’sexpectationsandhowweasacommissionsheandtheCityCouncilwould likeustoproceed. MayorKennystatedshebelieveswearedoingagoodjobandareontherighttrack. MayorKennyalso presentedquestionsforthecommissionincludinghowthecitycancontinuetomaintainallourparks, raisingfundsandwhatismissinginourparks. Teglerhas drawnupaparksinventory/upgrade & maintenancereportevaluationthatwillanswerthesequestions. TegleraskedtheMayorifacouncilmembershouldsitontheParks & BeautificationCommission. This wouldallowthecouncilandcommissiontoworkclosertogetherforamoreproductiveoutcome. Mayor KennywillemailtheCityManagerandcouncilmembersaskingfortheirinput. TeglerdiscussedholdingajointgettogetherwithallCitycommissionsthatwouldallowallachanceto meetandgreeteachotherandshareideas. MayorKennythankedthemembersfortheirvolunteerworkandappreciatesallthemembersdoforthe city.
