One shelter will be 20x40; the other two will be 10x20. The structures will be located in the area where the former NIA Building was located on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Lakeshore Drive (across from the Coast Guard Station. At this time the Site Plan Review Committee could take action on the request from the City of Manistee for the installation of three public shade shelters as submitted with site plan prepared by the Spicer Group Project 120924SG2013.
