MANISTEE CITY TREE COMMISSION MEETIlNG MINUTES FEBRUARY 4,2008 Members Present: Pat Sagala, Priscilla Rulison, Pat Williaxns, Robert 7ohnson Mary Ann 7ohnson, Kathleen Friedrich A1so Present: 7ack Ga.rber, StaffLiaison m.,at the Elk's Lodge. Meeting was called to order by Chairman Pat Sagala at 5:30 p. Old Business: None New Business: Officers was selected for the following year.Motion by Kathleen Friedrich seconded by Bob Johnson that Pat Sagala remain Chairman. All in favor. Motion by Pat Sagala seconded by Pricilla Rulison that Pat Williams remain as Vice Chair. All in favor. Motion by Bob Johnson seconded by Kathleen Friedrich that the Tree Commission bylaws be accepted and turned into City Council. All in favor. Good of the Order: Jack Garber stated that the City Crews have been trimming and cutting down trees that have been approved. Also Jack sta.ted that trees will be planted in 2008 with the same cost of $ 25.00 per tree. There being no further business motion by Bob Johnson, secanded by Kathleen Friedrich that the meeting be adjourned till April 7,2008 at 5: 30 p. m. at City Hall.
