ChalkArtContestwillbeheldonFriday,6th 2012atPine & RiverStreet.PatSagalasubmitteda invoicefromtheChamberofCommerceforreimbursementof $25.00toallowtheactivityprinted intheForestFestivalbrochure. BobJohnsonandBobBernatchewillbeinchargeofoutliningthesquaresforthecontest.A differentcoloredchalkwillbeusedforeachagegroup. Memberswillmeetbythefountainat4:45p.m.tosetup. Contesttobeginat5:00p.m. Agegroup5 -6 ( 27squares). Agegroup7 –8 ( 40squares). Agegroup9 –10 ( 27squares). FriedrichwillcontacttheUSForestryfordonationprizes. BoylewillcontactVincent’sIceCreamforcouponsforicecreamconesforthecontestants. Garberwilltakecareofblockingoffthestreetforthe “ChalkArtContest”. GarberinformedthecommissionthatTreePlantingwilltakeplaceinAugust/September. Costto residentswillbe $25.00pertree.
