MEMBERS PRESENT: Ray Fortier, Mark Hoffman, Bill Kracht, John Perschbacher MEMBER ABSENT: Craig Schindlbeck OTHERS: Denise Blakeslee (Planning & Zoning) The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. by Chairman Perschbacher APPROVAL OF AGENDA: MOTION by Bill Kracht, seconded by Ray Fortier to approve the Agenda as prepared. With a voice vote this MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY APPROVAL OF MINUTES: MOTION by Ray Fortier, seconded by Bill Kracht to approve the May 9, 2013 Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes with two minor spelling corrections.
