1. Call to Order

Present: 8- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Alfred, Reckelberg and Baryenbruch
3. Agreement with BC Signs & Graphics for Wayfinding Signage for a contract price
of $16,168.40, AGMT 22-02
Moved by Alfred, seconded by Reckelberg, to enter into the agreement. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 8- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Alfred, Reckelberg and Baryenbruch
4. Quotes for 2021 Ready Mixed Concrete, QM-21-1
Deputy City Clerk reported having received three (3) quotes. Same were
opened and accepted in the City Clerk's Office, and is as follows:
Carew, $76,055.00
R&J Fricke, $76,340.00
Schmitz Ready Mix, $89,320.00
Moved by Brey, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the quotes to the Director of
Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Aye: 8- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Alfred, Reckelberg and Baryenbruch

5. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
Deputy City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for
approval and payment

Moved by Koski, seconded by Alfred, that these payments be approved. The
motion carried by the following vote:

None
7. Adjournment
Moved by Brey, seconded by Koski, that this meeting be adjourned at 4:03 p.m.

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
