1. Call to Order
Present: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Lynch
2. Bids for Playground Equipment for Parks - Rebid, Project #WB-22-20R
City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and
accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:
Lee Recreation, Bid Bond, $113,731.00
Moved by Brey, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bid to the Director of Public
Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Lynch
3. Bids for River Point Riverbank Project, Project #WS-22-23
City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and
accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:
Vinton Construction Company, Bid Bond, $3,921,670.56
Moved by Reed-Kadow, seconded by Lynch, to refer the bid to the Director of
Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Lynch
4. Bids for Lincoln Park Tennis Court Resurface Project, Project #WS-22-24
City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and
accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:
Munson, Inc., Bid Bond, $53,719.00
Moved by Lynch, seconded by Brey, to refer the bid to the Director of Public
Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the
following vote:

Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Lynch, that the change order be approved.
The motion carried by the following vote:

6. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment:

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
