1. Call to Order
Present: 6- Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Nycz
Absent: 2- Nickels and Lynch
2. Agreement with Highway Landscapers, Inc. for Guardrail at Camp Vits for a
contract price of $15,789.59, AGMT-22-16
Moved by Koski, seconded by Nycz, that this agreement be approved. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Nycz
3. Agreement with Fortress Floors for Floor Coatings for Park Facilities for a
contract price of $22,096.50, AGMT-22-15
This agreement was bid out as Project #WO-22-27, but came in under
$25,000 and is being moved through as an agreement.
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Reed-Kadow, that this agreement be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Nycz
4. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following change orders for approval:
Vinton Construction Company, CO #11 for 2021 River Point
Development Phase I, WS-21-15, Extend completion date to June 1, 2023
Northern Pipe, Inc, CO #1-Final for 2022 Televising II Miscellaneous
Sewers, WU-22-25, ($4,072.37)
Vinton Construction Company, CO #1-Final for 2022 Concrete Slab
Replacement, WS-22-11, ($293.08)
Moved by Nycz, seconded by Reed-Kadow, that the change orders be approved.

and payment:

McMahon Associates, Inc., Bay Pointe Flood Study, Est. #9, $3,650.00
Trail Genius, City Parks and Trails Interactive Maps, AGMT-21-15,
Est. #2 & Final, $7,500.00

Addition & Remodel, Est. #12, $44,762.10 (Paid by special CDBG fund)

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to

The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the
