1. Call to Order
Present: 7- Nickels, Brey, Koski, Reed, Reckelberg, Nycz and Beeman
Absent: 1- Vanderkin
2. Bids for Masonry Wall Repair & Overhead Door Expansion at Transit Mechanic
Building, Project #WB-23-14
City Clerk reported receiving zero bids for this project.
3. Quotes for 2023 Ready Mix Concrete, #QM-23-1
City Clerk reported receiving two quotes for ready-mix concrete, same
were opened an are as follows:
Fricke, $107,800
Schmitz, $92,85
Moved by Nickels, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the quotes to the Director of
Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Koski, Reed, Reckelberg, Nycz and Beeman
4. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following 1 (1) change order for approval:
Kruczek Construction, CO #11 for 2022 Watermain Construction South
of Viebahn Street, WU-22-10, ($680.00)
Moved by Nycz, seconded by Brey, that this change order be approved. The
motion carried by the following vote:

$45,087.00
Strand Associates Inc., Stormwater Quality Management Plan, Est. 12,
$12,150.00
Strand Associates Inc., Stormwater Hydrology & Hydraulics, Est. 8,
$12,000.00
Moved by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, that these pay estimates be approved.

those news media who have filed a written request for this notice that a meeting of the
above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of Manitowoc,
or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to gather
information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
