1. Call to Order
Present: 7- Nickels, Brey, Koski, Reckelberg, Nycz, Czekala and Swokowski
Absent: 1- Alfred
2. Bids for 2023 Televising Miscellaneous Sewers II, Project #WU-23-25
City Clerk reported having received two (2) e-bids. Same were opened
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:
Green Bay Pipe & TV, LLC, Bid Bond, $39,090.70
Aqualis, Bid Bond, $39,943.61
A motion was made by Brey, seconded by Nycz, to refer the quotes to the
Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Koski, Reckelberg, Nycz, Czekala and Swokowski
3. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following change order for approval:
Jos. Schmitt Construction, CO #1 for Masonry Wall Repair &
Overhead Door Expansion - Transit, WB-23-14R,
+$1,125.00
A motion was made by Czekala, seconded by Reckelberg, that this change order
be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Koski, Reckelberg, Nycz, Czekala and Swokowski
4. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment:
Fahrner Asphalt Sealers, LLC, South 21st Street Bridge Deck Repairs
& Deck Sealing, WS-23-10, Est. 1, $22,712.60

A motion was made by Czekala, by Eric Nycz, to approve the payments. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Koski, Reckelberg, Nycz, Czekala and Swokowski
5. Contractor's Payroll Affidavits
None
6. Adjournment
A motion was made by Czekala, seconded by Nycz, that this meeting be
adjourned at 4:05 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote:

Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
