1. Call to Order
Present: 6- Brey, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Reckelberg and Czekala
Absent: 2- Nickels and Nycz
2. Bids for 2024 SISP Traffic Signal Upgrade - South 21St. & Washington St., project
#WS-24-12
City Clerk reported having received three (3) e-bids. Same were opened
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:
Bodart Electric Service, Inc, Bid Bond, $168,735.04
Van Ert Electric, Bid Bond, $197,361.85
Elmstar Electric Corporation, Bid Bond, $198,931.08
A motion was made by Alfred, seconded by Czekala, to refer the bids to the
Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Brey, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Reckelberg and Czekala
3. Sourcewell quote for playground equipment for Rheaume, Riverview, and Lincoln
Parks*
A motion was made by Alfred, seconded by Reckelberg, that this quote be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

4. Agreement with Serenity Farm Landscaping, Inc. for Ash Tree Removal at 2301
Clay Pit Road for a contract price of $11,878.00, AGMT-23-10
A motion was made by Czekala, seconded by Reed, that this agreement be
entered into. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Brey, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Reckelberg and Czekala
5. Agreement with Serenity Farm Landscaping, Inc. for Ash Tree Removal at 1416
Grand Avenue for a contract price of $9,865.00, AGMT-23-11
A motion was made by Reckelberg, seconded by Czekala, that this agreement be
entered into. The motion carried by the following vote:

City Clerk submitted the following five (5) change orders for approval:

A motion was made by Czekala, seconded by Reckelberg, that the change orders
be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
