20-0028 6:33 p.m. Public Hearing for the purpose of hearing any and all interested
parties in the matter of a proposed change in zone from its Town of Manitowoc
classification of "RR" Rural Residential to "R-4" Single and Two Family
Residential for property located at 1803 Viebahn St., effective upon its
annexation to the City of Manitowoc.
Mayor declared the meeting open for a public hearing for the purpose of
hearing any and all interested parties in the matter of a proposed change in
zone from its Town of Manitowoc classification of "RR" Rural Residential to
"R-4" Single and Two Family Residential for property located at 1803
Viebahn St., effective upon its annexation to the City of Manitowoc.
City Clerk reported that the notice of the hearing was published in the
Manitowoc Herald Times Reporter on 1/6/2020 & 1/13/2020. (Proof of
publication is on file in the City Clerk's office).
Community Development Director Adam Tegen provided an overview of
the proposed rezoning.
The following persons appeared to address the Council regarding the
proposed change:
No interested parties appeared.
Mayor declared the public hearing closed. (A recording of the entire
hearing is on file in the City Clerk's office).

Mayor declared the meeting open for public input. In accordance with
policy, the public input portion of the meeting is not made a part of the
official record.
