Baird spoke to the committee about refinancing options for this year. He also gave the committee several scenarios for financing debt at different levels of borrowing for 2016. Jason Ring from the MAVCB talked with the committee about the brochure that the city contributes funds of $10,000. 15-1126 Outdoor public ice skating rink, recommending approval of Ice Rink in downtown Farmers Market Lot for winter 2015/16. Forward to Finance Committee for approval of Room Tax advance No discussion for lack of time. This item will be discussed at the meeting on November 10, 2015. 5. Adjournment Meeting adjourned 6:08pm.
