Public Comment No public comment at this meeting. 5. 5:30 pm : Revocation Hearing for 2016-17 “Class B” Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage license No. TAV-1665 of Scorpion Bar and Grill LLC, Jorge Ibarra, Agent, 214 N. 8th Street. Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body will adjourn into a closed session during the meeting as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(a) of the Wisconsin Statutes, which authorizes the governmental body to convene in closed session for the purpose of Deliberating concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before that governmental body.. To Wit: Deliberation on the evidence introduced at the Revocation hearing for 2016-17 “Class B” Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage license No. TAV-1665 of Scorpion Bar and Grill LLC, Jorge Ibarra, Agent, 214 N. 8th Street. A motion was made by Alderperson Christopher Able, seconded by Alderperson Steven Czekala, to convene in closed session..
