Fermented Malt Beverage license No. TAV-1665 of Scorpion Bar and Grill LLC, Jorge
Ibarra, Agent, 214 N. 8th Street.
Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body will adjourn into a closed
session during the meeting as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(a) of the Wisconsin
Statutes, which authorizes the governmental body to convene in closed session for
the purpose of Deliberating concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial
or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before that governmental body.. To Wit:
Deliberation on the evidence introduced at the Revocation hearing for 2016-17
“Class B” Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage license No. TAV-1665 of
Scorpion Bar and Grill LLC, Jorge Ibarra, Agent, 214 N. 8th Street.
A motion was made by Alderperson Christopher Able, seconded by Alderperson
Steven Czekala, to convene in closed session.. The motion carried by the
following vote:

A motion was made by Alderperson Christopher Able, seconded by Alderperson
Eric Sitkiewitz, to reconvene in open session.. The motion carried unanimously.

the Room Tax reserves and the Room Tax Commission develop a repayment
plan for a percent of the dollars to be returned back to the reserves. The motion
