Res to Create Revolving Loan Fund from CDBG closeout
The Revolving Loan Fund Resolution to establish a fund from the CDBG
funds to pay principal and interest with the remainder of funds to be held for
a City Wide RLF program will be recommended for approval at the
November 18, 2019 Council meeting.
Motion by S McMeans, second by T Lotz to direct Community
Development to use Downtown capital borrowing to calm the intersection
of 8th and Quay. 5-aye 0-nay
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Brey, that this Action Item be accepted and
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5- Brey, McMeans, Sitkiewitz, Lotz and Novak
5. Adjournment
Motion by S McMeans, second by J Novak to adjourn.

responsibility.
