These items will be approved by one motion unless any Committee Member wishes to remove an
item for discussion.
REMOVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:
Any Committee Member may request removal of any item from the Consent Agenda, and such item
shall be removed without debate or vote. Any item or part thereof removed from the Consent
Agenda shall be separately considered.

20-0232 Ordinance amending Manitowoc Municipal Code 11.010(10) restricting
"Class A" licensed premises

Ordinance to Expand Liquor Sales from 10 sq ft to 100 sq ft.pdf
No action taken on this item. It will be brought back to the April meeting. The Committee
would like the City Clerk to send letters to affected businesses notifying them of this possible
change.
20-0233 Ordinance amending Manitowoc Municipal Code Chapter 3 regulating
various boards and commissions

20-0122 Agreement with Granicus for Closed Captioning services for Common
Council and Standing Committee meetings for the three year period
covering 2020-2022, recommend to enter into agreement starting April 1,
2020.

the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
