Call to Order 2. Roll Call Present: 5- Brey, Sitkiewitz, Brunner, Cummings and Reckelberg 3. Public Comment Nobody from the public wanting to speak. 4. Presentations 21-0713 Mirro Site / Boys and Girls Club Update, recommend to place on file. Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Cummings, that this Presentation be accepted and placed on file. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Brey, Sitkiewitz, Brunner, Cummings and Reckelberg 5. Consent Agenda These items will be approved by one motion unless any Committee Member wishes to remove an item for discussion. REMOVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: Any Committee Member may request removal of any item from the Consent Agenda, and such item shall be removed without debate or vote. Any item or part thereof removed from the Consent Agenda shall be separately considered. Moved by Cummings, seconded by Reckelberg, that this Action Item be accepted and placed on file. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Brey, Sitkiewitz, Brunner, Cummings and Reckelberg City of Manitowoc Page 2 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes August 3, 2021 Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body may adjourn into a closed session during the meeting as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes, which authorizes the governmental body to convene in closed session for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The specific subject matter that may be considered in closed session is: 21-0717 Relocation of Visitor and Convention Bureau Alderperson Brey read the Notice to go into closed session. The motion to convene in closed session was made by E. Sitkiewitz and seconded by M. Cummings. The motion carried on a roll call vote: 5-aye; 0-nay 7. Closed Session 21-0717 Relocation of Visitor and Convention Bureau 8. Reconvene In Open Session The motion to reconvene in open session was made by J Brunner and seconded by E Sitkiewitz.
