The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Schlei, Vanderkin, Beeman, Boldt and Reckelberg 22-0329 Ordinance to amend Section 14.110 of the MMC regulating trapping. Attachments: Trapping Ordinance_.pdf Committee approved this ordinance with the recommended changes indicated by Lieutenant Jason Delsman. A clean copy should be uploaded for Common Council. Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Boldt, that this Ordinance be approved as amended and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Schlei, Vanderkin, Beeman, Boldt and Reckelberg 22-0330 Ordinance to amend section 14.575 of the MMC regulating Sexual Offender Residency Restrictions. This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Those attending the meeting via Zoom who wish to give public input are asked to keep their microphone muted until public input is opened to improve audio quality for all attendees.
