Moved by Kaderabek, seconded by Vanderkin, to accept the Consent Agenda
Items and recommendations of the various committees The motion carried by the
following vote:

23-0970 Request for a crosswalk in front of Burger Boat on Spring Street.

At this time Burger Boat is no longer interested in installing a crosswalk at
their Spring Street location due to the quoted amount being higher than
anticipated.
Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Kaderabek, that this Action Item be placed on
file. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5- Kaderabek, Boldt, Beeman, Cummings and Vanderkin
24-1120 Sex Offender Residency Board Appeal for Gerard Geraths.
Attorney Richard Hahn was present to represent Gerard Geraths with his
residency appeal. Chief Reimer's recommendation is to approve the
residency appeal.
Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Boldt, that this Action Item be approved and
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

24-1121 Ordinance to amend Chapter 31 of the MMC regulating Signs.

Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Boldt, that this Ordinance be approved and

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Those attending the meeting via
Zoom who wish to give public input are asked to keep their microphone muted until
public input is opened to improve audio quality for all attendees. Those using their
phone to call in may hit *6 to mute and unmute themselves.

Those wishing to make public comment in advance of the meeting should email

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the
agenda items set forth below.
