Eggleston St. This will give notice that a quorum of the Manor City Council will be attending the Black History Month Celebration on Friday, February 25, 2022, starting at 11:30 a.m. at Manor City Hall, Council Chambers, 105 E. Eggleston Street, Manor, Texas. This notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act in the event any City business is discussed. No action can be taken by the City Council during this engagement.
