Hwy 95, Elgin, Texas This will give notice that a quorum of the Manor City Council will be attending the METT Business Summit on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Elgin Recreation Center in Elgin, Texas. This meeting is hosted by the City of Elgin beginning at 10:00 a.m. This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Manor City Council, but this notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act in the event any City business is discussed. No action can be taken by the City Council during this meeting.
