Commerce St., Lockhart, TX 78644 AGENDA This will give notice that a quorum of the Manor City Council will be attending the Texas Municipal League Region 10 quarterly meeting on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Smitty’s Market, 208 S. Commerce St., Lockhart, Texas 78644. This meeting is hosted by the City of Lockhart beginning at 6:00 p.m. This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Manor City Council, but this notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act in the event any City business is discussed. No action can be taken by the City Council during this meeting.
