Manor, Texas This will give notice that a quorum of the Manor City Council will be attending a ribbon-cutting event on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 15317 US Hwy 290 E. Manor TX. This notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act in the event that any City business is discussed. No action can be taken by the City Council during this event.
