Present 7 - Larry Klos;Selim Fiagome;David Godin;William Vivoni;Nicole Zaitoon;Drew Spaulding and Michael Fee 2. INVOCATION Council Member Short gave the Invocation 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 4. TEXAS PLEDGE 5. CITIZEN COMMENTS There were no citizen comments. 6. STAFF COMMENTS A. City Manager Report or Authorized Representative Presentation from City Manager City Manager, Joe Smolinski, gave a presentation regarding the meeting agenda and discussed the principles of True North and the roles each board plays in making sure Mansfield stays on tract with the True North goals. Mr. Smolinski introduced Shelly Everhart Poer as Mansfield's Career Development and Retention Officer. Shelly Everhart Poer explained her new role as the Career Development and Retention Officer. Fernando Benavides, Executive Director of High Schools for MISD, presented the Enrollment and Building Capacity for Mansfield Independent School District and CITY OF MANSFIELD Page 1 Mansfield Economic Development Meeting Minutes October 26, 2021 Corporation answered questions from board and council members. Troy Lestina, Chief Financial Officer, presented how the City of Mansfield is Funded and answered questions from board and council members. Shelly Lanners, Deputy City Manager, presented the Bond Election Steering Committee and answered questions from board and council members. Joe Smolinski answered additional questions from board and council members. Mayor Evans recessed the meeting for a break from 7:58 pm - 8:10 pm. 7. WORK SESSION DISCUSSION ITEMS Park Master Plan Park Land Dedication Ordinance Matt Young, Director of Community Services, presented the Parks Master Plan and Park Land Dedication Ordinance. There were no questions from board or council members. Labor Shed Study Matt Jones, Assistant City Manager, presented the Labor Shed Analysis and answered questions from board and council members. Urban 3 Study Jason Alexander, Director of Planning, presented the Urban 3 Study and answered questions from board and council members. 8.
