SPECIAL MANTORVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2020 6:00 PM 1. Call to Order – Mayor Bradford called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Members Present: Chuck Bradford, Luke Nash and Don Hofstad. Members Absent: Henry Blair and Sharon Davern. Others Present: Cami Reber. 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Done 3. New Business a) Certification of General Election Results • RESOLUTION 2020-24 A RESOLUTION TO CERTIFY THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2020 Motion made by Member Hofstad, second by Member Nash to approve RESOLUTION 2020-24 A RESOLUTION TO CERTIFY THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2020. Motion passed unanimously. 4. Adjourn – Motion made by Member Nash, second by Member Hofstad to adjourn the meeting at 6:01 pm. Motion passed unanimously.
