Changes to the Agenda Council approved the agenda, as presented. Vote: 5 ayes/ 0 nays. Motion carried. 4. Consent Agenda A. Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of June 27, 2022 B. Parks & Recreation Board Meeting Minutes of May 31, 2022 C. Accounts Payable Claims List for July 11, 2022 Motion was made by Councilmember Keller and seconded by Councilmember Ingalls to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Vote: 5 ayes/ 0 nays. Motion carried. 5. Proclamations, Presentations and Recognitions A. Presentation: 2021 Audit Review by Jason Boynton, Smith Schafer Associates, Ltd.
