MAYOR: Inform guests that they may be muted but will be unmuted for Public Comment opportunities throughout the meeting.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES CHAIR: Entertain Motion to approve minutes of the May 13, 2020 and May 18, 2020 Budget Meetings. The Motion passes [or fails].  PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED USES OF STATE REVENUE SHARING CHAIR: Our next order of business is a public hearing on the proposed uses of state revenue sharing monies for 2020-21 and on the proposed 2020-21 Budget. I will now open the public hearing. CM: City Manager/Budget Officer presents CHAIR: Ask for Committee Comments CHAIR: Ask for Public Comments CHAIR: Close the public hearing  SETTING OF PROPERTY TAX RATE CHAIR: Oregon Budget Law provides that the Budget Committee sets the property tax rate for the coming fiscal year. The permanent property tax rate for Manzanita is  $0.4233 per $1,000 of assessed valuation and the proposed budget assumes that all of this rate will be levied. Is there a motion to set the property tax rate at $0.4233 per $1,000 of assessed valuation for fiscal year 20-21?
