The following is some additional information: PUBLIC COMMENTS AND COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT AGENDA Please see the attached memorandum on this item. NEW BUSINESS Public Hearing: Reapplication retail liquor permit (Left Coast). Recommended action: Move to recommend to the OLCC that a limited on-premises be granted to Left Coast. The Council policy on liquor licenses and permits requires a public hearing on new requests. Left Coast accidentally let their license lapse and they have to reapply. Staff has no objections to the application. Public Hearing: Proposed building fees and Resolution 20-08 A resolution establishing a fee schedule for building permits. Recommended action: Move to approve Resolution 20-08, a Resolution Establishing a fee schedule for building permits. See the enclosed documents for more information. Resolution stating a state of emergency and ratifying actions in response to the state of emergency. Recommended action: Move to adopt Resolution 20- 20, A RESOLUTION DECLARING A LOCAL STATE OF EMERGENCY AND RATIFYING ACTIONS IN RESPONSE TO THE STATE OF EMERGENCY.
