MEMORANDUM TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL FROM: ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER KRISTIN GRASSETH RE: CONSENT AGENDA FOR JANUARY 6, 2021 COUNCIL MEETING DATE: DECEMBER 28, 2020 RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda. BACKGROUND INFORMATION On the Consent Agenda are routine and presumably non-controversial business items that can be adopted by a single motion as recommended above. If the Mayor or any Councilor or a member of the audience wishes to remove an item from the Consent Agenda, it should be discussed individually on the regular agenda. Any item so removed from the Consent Agenda should be discussed after consideration of the Consent Agenda. By adopting the Consent Agenda, you will be approving the following motions: A. Motion to approve the minutes of the City Council Meeting of December 9, 2020, the City Council workshop of December 9, 2020, and the COVID-19 Special City Council Workshop of November 16, 2020, November 20, 2020, December 4, 2020, and December 11, 2020. B. Motion to approve payment of bills and all subsequent bills subject to approval by the Mayor or Council President and City Manager. C. Motion to approve the purchase of Utility/Electronic reader sign trailer. D. Motion to approve the New City Seal. Please see me if you have concerns about a particular bill.
